I had some moisture dripping in my garage from the ceiling and Jimmy was quick to answer my request to find the source of the problem- the Insulation was shot and moldy from years of condensation (installed wrong by the former home owner)….He and his team removed it all and treated the space to ensure the mold was gone. They were quick and cleaned up the space so well- very happy with the work and the price seemed very reasonable! Would highly recommend! He even did a full inspection of my house exterior and roof and gave suggestions for small repairs! Thanks Jimmy!

We needed a new roof for our garage. Insurance would only cover the house. ;( We contacted Jimmy and he came over the same day we called. We had a new roof within a couple of weeks and at a very reasonable price. It looks great, the workers did an amazing job. they were efficient and had everything back in order before they left. All American will go above and beyond for you to make sure that you are taken care of. I worked with them to get our roof replaced after storm damage, they did an excellent job throughout the whole process. When the replacement was scheduled, their crews were on time and got the work done.

Beyond that, when my family needed some help regarding HVAC and attic questions, they are willing to help connect you to other trusted professionals so that your home is in top shape. They will be my first call with anything that falls under their purview.

We had an amazing experience with All American Roofing and Restoration. They came in and turned our house, that had 40 year old Masonite siding that was getting pecked through by woodpeckers into a beautiful looking home again. They also restored and resided our shed that was falling apart, into a whole new masterpiece. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for meticulous work and pleasant people!! As a licensed CPA, real estate investor, and board member of multiple townhome associations, I’ve worked with many contractors over the years. I first met Jimmy Thurman and his team at All American Roofing & Restoration under challenging circumstances—after a previous contractor left me in a difficult position by failing to complete a roofing project.

With only one week remaining before closing on a property, All American Roofing & Restoration stepped in and completed the roofing project in just one day, saving the transaction. Impressed by their swift response, I decided to thoroughly vet the company. I verified their standing with the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry, the Minnesota legal system, and the Better Business Bureau. After finding no issues, I felt confident they were a reputable and reliable company to do business with—especially after my negative experience with the prior contractor.

Working with Jimmy and his team has been a pleasure. They are transparent, highly knowledgeable, and meticulous in their work. During one project with a townhome association, Jimmy was the only contractor—out of five others with hail damage expertise—who was able to identify hail damage to our exteriors. His attention to detail is second to none.

All American did a siding project for us this week. We had birds pecking on or chimney and there were holes all over with rotting siding. We had them replace the siding on the chimney. Courtney brought us samples and helped us decide on a color scheme. The prices were reasonable. And the workers were kind, polite, and picked up every scrap of debris when complete. My meticulous husband said they had "beautiful craftsmanship" and no damage to the roof or any other part of the house! We are very pleased with the results!

Recently, I had fascia torn loose by wind on my home. A couple of my neighbors helped to secure it from further damage. However, I needed additional work to secure the fascia to the soffit.

In 2012, Jimmy and All American Roofing Restoration replaced my roof along with other projects that needed taken care of on my home. Since I was very satisfied with their work in 2012, I contacted Jimmy to determine if there was time in his schedule to evaluate this small repair. He came over, assessed the area and fixed the problem on the spot. In addition, he checked the remaining fascia on the roof line and made immediate repairs where needed.

Jimmy and his team are very professional. I highly recommend Jimmy and All American Roofing & Restoration, LLC for any roofing and repairs you may need. They are happy to work with you and get the job done right. There is no job too small or too big for them! Thanks Jimmy for help.

All American Roofing and Jimmy to the rescue!

I have been friends with Jimmy for many years, but unfortunately I ran into another contractor who I will choose to call the "scammer". Everything happened so quickly, we didn't even have a chance to check the scammer out. We had a storm damage claim and insurance agreed to a roof, siding, gutters, garage doors, fascia. The scammer told us that insurance would also be paying for a deck. The scammer demanded up front payment on everything. We had a roof and the top of a deck completed...and the scammer disappeared faster than when he showed up. The worst part was, we could not cash our insurance checks until all the work was completed. Keep in mind we had already paid the scammer up front ($125,000) and we couldn't cash the checks from the insurance company until all the work was completed.

I quite frantically called Jimmy, he immediately calmed me down and took charge of everything! They did not miss a single detail! After the months of aggravation with the scammer, I could finally breathe. They came when they said they would, the entire crew was absolutely delightful and we could not be happier with all the work that was completed and I can finally cash the insurance checks! I can't thank Jimmy enough!

I truly hope that this review will help someone else avoid dealing with any of the scammers out there.

This is the most impressive company! Our townhome association has used them for all of our work for the past five years.
Jim Thurman is full of integrity and puts quantity first in every job he does. He is fair and generous always going the extra mile to delight his customers. He is honest and helpful in consultations and delivers every bit of quality work anyone could expect. The workers mirror Jim’s position. They clean up after themselves every night during a job and are very pleasant and respectful. I love this company and the quality work they do. They care like they are your family only delivering exceptional work!

We had hail damage to our roof in Minnetrista, MN. Jimmy and his team came out and inspected our roof and were honest about the extent of the damage which made us feel comfortable to file a claim with our insurance carrier. The day before our insurance adjustor was due to visit, they came out and marked the roof with chalk where hail damage was visible to help the adjuster verify that damage indeed had occurred. Our claim was quickly approved and we received a claim check within days. Jimmy then helped us select the perfect shingle color to match our neighborhood requirements and the exterior features of our home. Due to COVID, there was a shingle shortage and the All American team searched the country for our shingles and actually had them shipped from Indiana so that our project could be completed.

When it came for the actual work to be done they were efficient and professional and completed the 66 square job In only 2 days. The crew cleaned up each day, were incredibly courteous to us and their attention to detail was incredible. The house looks fantastic, the shingles match our colors perfectly and their follow-up to ensure our satisfaction was timely and sincere.

I can not recommend All American Restoration highly enough to anyone who needs roofing, storm damage or repair work done on their home. They truly made a difficult situation seem less for our family.

After getting several estimates for replacing our storm damaged roof, we gave the job to All American. Jimmy Thurman, the owner, spent time explaining how they work and how homeowner's insurance works. Very helpful since we'd never replaced a roof before. They discovered the original roof didn't meet code in our town and had to rebuild the entire roof. They worked with the city to ensure it was done right. They then helped us work with our insurance company and lender to collect the additional payment due. They're professional, really know their stuff and the roof is gorgeous (and up to code!) Highly recommend.

The crews are great. They work hard and cooperate with homeowners in our townhouse association. They are neat and clean up the property every evening. The team members from All American are responsive to our needs. They are all polite, professional and easy to work with.

Jim Thurman is a treasure. He and his team and crews restored the entire exterior of our 22 buildings after the 2017 hail storm. He is generous, thoughtful and a man of his word. He was honest from beginning to end.

We so much appreciated working with All American the Board of Directors for the Association hired Jim, his team and crews to fix the hail damage of the summer of 2019! No greater recommendation can we give him.
