Jimmy and Cathy are the owners of All American Restoration, LLC. Jimmy grew up in Brooklyn Park and brought his wife Cathy to MN from Florida. Being local business owners and giving back to their community is important to them. To see some of the ways they give back, see below!

At AAR she is the jack of all trades within the office setting. Her official title is office manager, but she also has a number of other responsibilities outside of managing the office. She is our accounts receivable and accounts payable, receptionist, executive assistant, and human resources to name a few. On a typical day, she is answering calls and updating job files, she will process customer payments and reconcile the books too. Courtney is the heart of our office and when asked what adjectives her coworkers would use to describe her she said diligent, meticulous, and sassy. She takes pride in her work, making sure all details are accounted for each job. She is always willing to learn more to make the lives of her coworkers easier but that is not without a sarcastic comment or facepalm.

Courtney was asked if she was a service we provide, which one would she be? She picked siding since it’s usually the first thing you see when you look at a house, and siding on a home can incorporate many elements like brick, shakes, or board and batten just like all of her roles here at the office. When Courtney isn’t at the office, she likes spending time outdoors with her puppy Indy or attending country music concerts.

Aaron is our Project Manager here at All American Restoration. He’s commonly referred to as “the Kid”, a nickname that was given to him by Jimmy, the owner of AAR. Aaron was the young buck of the group when he first started working with Jimmy almost 18 years ago. When Aaron first started in the industry, he was out in the field roofing and framing houses. Aaron’s current responsibilities include scheduling jobs, subcontractors, and communicating with customers. He also happens to be an amazing carpenter.

Aaron is a family man. He has three beautiful kids who always keep him on his toes. When he isn’t supporting his children at their baseball, soccer, or gymnastic events, you can find him outdoors hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Aaron always has a smile on his face. He especially loves scaring the office staff daily. Aaron is the type of man that will give you the shirt off his back, no questions asked. His compassion for others is shown at work through how well he works with customers when he schedules jobs and the comradery with the other employees at AAR.
