My home suffered severe damage during a major storm in 2016. Thankfully I located the most professional and reputable company to survey, assess and restore my home to a level exceeding its former state. All American Restoration, LLC lead by Jimmy Thurman (Owner/Operator) removed the strain associated with having to communicate and negotiate with my Insurance provider. He assumed complete responsibility for managing the entire process to include correcting oversights made by my Insurance provider to ensure I received full and fair compensation for the assessed damages to my property.

All American Restoration replaced my roof, ventilation system and gutters using the best material on the market. My non-standard garage door was replaced to include installation of an optimal storm door and window wraps. Additionally, my bathroom ceiling, walls and entire atmosphere has been transformed into a warm and inviting environment.

I can most assuredly attest first hand to Jimmy’s high standards and impeccable ethics because I’ve experienced being treated with respect to include the exhilaration of seeing my home transformed from a decrepit state into a warm vibrant dwelling. A double-sized crew showed up early and went right to work. They were all very friendly and organized. The entire job was finished in about 6 hours, and they spent extra time making sure the entire area was cleaned up (one guy was literally on his hands and knees searching for any debris that may have landed in the flower bed!).

The salesmen listened to my concerns and frustrations about the “old” roof and came up with creative ideas to address them.  They believe in the product and helped suggest color and style (which is perfect for my house). Price is great also. Jimmy and Phil are the best!  I whole-heartedly recommend All American Roofing and Restoration to everyone considering roof replacement.

Each worker seemed to have a specific job and was focused on that role/job.  My roof has a few unique problem areas, and they creatively addressed these problems with extra care. I have no worries or concerns any more regarding leakage!  I love the appearance and have absolutely no doubts about the future performance of my new GAF “system”.

Thank you for putting our house and our lives back together after the hail storm the end of May. First we had the insurance adjuster come, and then we got bids for 7 different contractors. All American Restoration was the only one who bid the whole thing- roof, gutters, deck, and windows. Before starting, they met with the insurance adjusters again – and got us several more thousand dollars.
