Jimmy, Dan, and the rest of the All American Restoration Crew,
I just wanted to say thank you again for all of your help with our new roof at Rush Creek Golf Club. From the very beginning of the roof replacement, All American was there to help us with the less than ideal insurance process that we had to go through. Jimmy and Dan were there to help guide me in our negotiations and even came with me to our final meeting with our insurance company. Once everything was finalized All American laid out a replacement plan and were very receptive to our needs as a working business. They even asked about our event schedule and made arrangements so they wouldn’t interfere with our guests. I couldn’t believe how fast the actual work took place, it was great work.
We have received tremendous compliments on our new roof and I have to agree that it looks great. I wish working with all of our outside contractors was as easy as working with Jimmy and Dan and All American Restoration.

In May of 2008 our 45 unit townhome development was struck by a rather severe hail storm, resulting in major damage to our homes. The roofs, siding and gutters and downspouts were damaged on all 22 buildings and some buildings had damage to windows, air conditioning units, garage doors, and decks. The final total project was around $1,400,000.
After interviewing you and checking on some references, our Board of Directors hired your company as the general contractor to coordinate all of the work that needed to be done to restore our development to pre-storm condition. Shortly after being hired, you had an independent adjuster in to perform a complete survey of the damage. This was very valuable in later discussions you had with the insurance adjuster from our insurance company.
Once you had reached an agreement with the insurance company and we received the check from the, we were able to give a large advance to your company and you quickly went to work. You were able to obtain the services of of several crews to perform the work in a very timely manner. There were 4 roofing crews at work, all very well organized so that 2 crews were able to do a building in one day. You had 6 or 8 siding crews in here at one time, again all very competent. All of the workmanship was of very high quality.>
In a project of this size, there are bound to be some problems. You and your people were very conscientious in promptly dealing with the problems as they came up. All in all, we were very happy with the job you performed for us and I would be happy to recommend you for other work of this nature.

Out of all of the companies we interviewed, your company was the only company that wanted to settle our insurance claim. The other companies simply wanted the roofing project, not the siding, soffits, fascia, or miscellaneous items. We were quite pleased with the communication regarding the scheduled work, as the homeowner’s felt well informed. The level of communication between the job supervisor and the roofing crews was exceptional. All the crews that we dealt with were kind, courteous, respectful, and most of all knowledgeable regarding their trade. I definitely feel All American Roofing ad Restoration not only increased my property value, but also the property of all thirty-two homeowners in our association.
